Excellent location and the aesthetics of the hotel are quite pleasing. The 4th floor offered a bit of a view from the room which I appreciated. Kind and courteous staff which provided great service. Room service offers an extensive variety and delivered very fast with delicious food. The bed was comfortable and one was able to adjust the temperature radiators.

Have stayed at The Einstein many many times. You can’t beat the lovely location, parking, cleanliness and breakfast is ok and beds comfortable. The hotel is expensive, especially if you are not using the gym facilities it’s expensive for what you get. The basic rooms are quite small but perfectly fine. Make sure you don’t get a “connecting room” they can be noisy from the neighboring room. The expensive superior rooms are bigger and have hardwood floors but are not very cozy, quite cold and clinical. The staff is nice but could do with being a bit more personable and welcoming, a little joke, a smile here and there doesn’t hurt. And a nice upgrade now and then would be appreciated.

Great location, the hotel is very elegant and the stuff is nice and professional. We came for the Gourmet Einstein restaurant experience, and we were not disappointed, absolutely amazing! Parking is also super convenient.

- excellent location, close to historical part of city and shops - bistro open to late hours (convenient if it’s Sunday and local restaurants are closed) - really helpful staff, who are local themselves and gave us great recommendations - good choice for breakfast, authentic local food was also there - comfortable bed with a choice of different cushions - nice silence in rooms

Nice staff. Good location. Good rooms. Overall a decent experience to visit St. Gallen university. Would definitely go back. Staff was helpful.

I liked the Hotel because of the quiet area. And the city wasn’t far away u could walk there. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast it was very delicious.

Food was the best I had in St Gallen. Located in the old part of the town very pretty and room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
